Position Type: Door-to-Door Commission Sales

Job Description

Loaded Bases Marketing Inc. is seeking motivated Sales Professionals to join our championship team. This position offers unlimited earning potential through performance-based compensation, comprehensive training, and career advancement opportunities.

As a Sales Professional, you'll engage with potential clients, present our products/services, close sales, and build long-term customer relationships. We provide world-class training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned territories to engage with prospective clients
  • Present products/services through face-to-face demonstrations and consultations
  • Close sales and exceed monthly performance targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
  • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required - we provide training
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
